What is physiotherapy?

Physiotherapy helps restore movement and function when you are affected by injury, illness, or disability. Through manual therapy, exercise, education, and advanced modalities, we help you reduce pain, prevent re-injury, and improve your quality of life.


What conditions do you treat?

We treat a wide range of conditions including:

* Back and neck pain, sciatica, disc issues • Joint pain - shoulder, knee, hip • Sports injuries, sprains and strains • Post-surgery rehabilitation (orthopedic, neuro) • Frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, plantar fasciitis • Arthritis and osteoporosis • Neurological conditions - stroke, Bell's palsy, Parkinson's • Postural problems and ergonomic issues 

Do I need a doctor's referral to see a physiotherapist?

No, you don't. You can book directly. However, if you have reports like X-ray, MRI, or a doctor's prescription, please bring them for your first visit.

2. Appointments & First Visit

What happens during my first visit?

Your first session is 45-60 minutes. It includes a detailed assessment, discussion of your medical history, physical examination, diagnosis, and your first treatment session. We will also create a personalized treatment plan for you.


What should I bring to my appointment?

Please bring any relevant medical reports, list of medications, comfortable clothes/sportswear, and your ID / insurance card if applicable.


How do I book an appointment?

You can book online through our website, call us, or WhatsApp us. We offer same-day appointments subject to availability.


What are your clinic timings?

We are open 6 days a week. [Monday -Saturday: 9 AM to 6 PM]. We also offer early morning and evening slots for working professionals.

3. Treatment & Recovery

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on your condition, severity, and how your body responds. Acute pain may improve in 3-5 sessions, while chronic or post-surgical cases may need 8-12 sessions or more. Your physiotherapist will give you a clear estimate after the first assessment.


Will physiotherapy be painful?

Some techniques may cause mild discomfort, but we always work within your pain tolerance. Our goal is to relieve pain, not increase it. Most patients feel relief and relaxation after the session.


What types of treatments do you offer?

We offer evidence-based treatments including:

Manual Therapy, Therapeutic Exercise, Dry Needling, Cupping Therapy, Electrotherapy (IFT, TENS, Ultrasound), Shockwave Therapy, Laser Therapy, Kinesio Taping, Posture Correction, and Home Exercise Program.



4. Payment 

How much does a session cost?

Our consultation fee is  and per session is depending on the treatment required. We offer affordable packages for multiple sessions.


Do you offer packages?

Yes, we offer discounted packages of 5, 10, and 12 sessions for long-term rehabilitation. Ask our front desk for details.
